Hmm, my very complete name is Gede Eka Putrawan. Everyone calls me Eka. A question sometimes comes up, why don't you ask them to call you Gede? The answer is "A large number of Gedes exists!". I don't want you to fall into the trap of confusion when, let's say, one of your friend says "Gede said that to me", a question must come up on your mind "which Gede which Gede? is it Gede Eka or another Gede you meant?" A bit confusing, isn't it?
I was born and raised in a remote pitch-black village (sounds exaggerated :d). The wind blows hard accross the village plains - that's where I came from, a village in Central Lampung (it takes a two-hour drive from Bandar Lampung to get there).
With a Hinduism sense of wrong and right (I respect all faiths and religions), I was born and raised in black and white, I learned to pray - I learned to play ;).
I graduated from high school in 2003, then continued my studies in Bali. I finished my undergraduate degree in 2007 (while I was "sailing through" my undergraduate study I also worked casually and freelance). After graduating, I was a full-time worker for 2 years before I pursued my master's degree in 2009 and finally graduated in 2011.
I went back to the place where I was born and raised, Lampung, at the beginning of 2012, on 4th January 2012 to be more precise. Then, I was driven to the urban centre (Bandar Lampung) in search of formal employment because I lacked access to knowledge and information in my very small remote pitch-black village - the only option for survival! (sounds too exaggerated, again and again :d).
